PROMOTION RULES :-

• A student has to secure minimum pass marks in every subject .
• A students has to pass in all subjects , in all three terminal examinations.

VISITING HOURS :-

• The principal will receive visitors between 10 : 00 A.M. to 11 : 00 A. M. on working days .
• Parents / Guardian’s and visitors are not allowed to walk in to class rooms or interview during school hours . They should visit the office for all their queries .

FEE REGULATION :-

• School fees and dues can be paid between 10 : 00 to 11 : 00 A.M. and 1: 00 P.M to 2 : 30 P.M in the school office up to 7th day of every month .
• After that date a late fee fine of rupees ten per day will be charged up to 20th of the month .

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Applicant should read carefully the rules and regulations of the institute at the time of taking admission .
2. In case a student decides to leave the school in between for any reason no fee refund will be made.
3. Every students has to fulfill the minimum attendance requirement in theory and practical classes .
4. In case of failure to attend to the classes for four or more days without permission the admission of the said students will stand cancelled .
5. Wearing of proper institute uniform and carrying the identity card is compulsory . No students will be allowed access in the campus without uniform .
6. Once admitted to the institute every student shall be liable to follow the rules laid out by disciplinary committee . Any decision taken by the disciplinary committee with be a binding on every students of the institute .
7. Principal is the final authority to implement all rules and regulations and every students is expected to follow them.
